Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Any item that shows signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or altered pieces  
- Worn or damaged items  

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
